What Is a CoreStones Enhancement?
CoreStones are shaped stone massage tools that can be used warm or cool. Your therapist incorporates them alongside hands-on techniques to work with selected areas.
The stones offer a different sensation from hands alone. Depending on your goals and comfort, your therapist may use broader, gliding movements or more focused work.
Why Choose CoreStones?
You may enjoy this enhancement if you:
Find warmth soothing.
Prefer the sensation of cool stones.
Enjoy stone-assisted massage.
Want focused attention without assuming that stronger pressure is better.
Your therapist can help you choose an approach based on your preferences and how the treatment feels.
What to Expect at Your Appointment
Your appointment begins with a conversation about your massage goals, temperature preferences, and relevant health history. Tell your therapist about skin sensitivity, reduced sensation, circulation concerns, or areas that should be avoided.
Next, your therapist will explain how the stones will be incorporated and help you get comfortably positioned.
During your massage, CoreStones are used alongside hands-on techniques. Your therapist checks your comfort and adjusts the pressure or temperature as needed.
The stones should feel comfortable. Tell your therapist immediately if they feel too hot, too cold, or cause discomfort. You remain appropriately draped throughout the appointment.
